Available in cans, bottles, and on draft, Wisconsin Dells Brewing Company offers a variety of flavors of fresh ales & lagers. Starting as a seasonal, Hazel’s Nut House is the most popular beer brewed and is now available year-round! The toffee and butterscotch flavor, combined with natural hazelnut create a great nutty flavor! Another popular beer is their Rustic Red Ale. This has a smooth, sweet, & malty flavor. Every day from around 5:30am to 4pm, Jaimie is at work making sure that the mashing, boiling, and fermentation process is consistent and correct. Creating beer is a process and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month and a half!
